FAQ
We limit in-take to a daily trade-in limit of 25 books per family.
No. The books you trade in are in exchange for store credit.
We only accept books that are in new to good condition. Anything with a badly damaged spine, cover, and severe mark-ups will not be accepted.
We hand pick everything that is put on our shelves. At trade-in, we will either tell you that we cannot accept your books and you're welcome to donate them elsewhere, or to try back at a later date to trade in with us because we are currently overstocked on that particular title.
We will not donate books on your behalf.
Absolutely! Whether you have books to trade in, or none at all, all of the books we have in stock are available for purchase for a discounted rate off the cover price.
For this question we ask that you come in, or call over the phone. Books come and go FAST! We will be happy to check if a certain title or author is in stock for you. If it is not, you're welcome to leave us your info so we can flag what you're looking for when and if it does come in and contact you. Questions like these asked online will be directed to call the store as our social media manager does not have access to our inventory.
