Located in Mt. Pleasant, SC, just before Sullivan's Island, Trade A Book is hidden gem and local favorite. It first opened its doors in 1990 in Summerville and Mt. Pleasant by owner Beverly Gibbs. Later she would decide to only have the one store, the one we all know and love today!
Beverly has always had a love for books and connecting readers with the perfect stories.
At Trade A Book you will find genres: Children's, General Fiction, Fantasy/Sci-Fi, Horror, Non-fiction, Mystery/Thriller, Religious, Romance (Historical & Paranormal), and so much more!
We sell and trade a variety of used books at a discounted rate off the cover price. Each book is hand selected with care to ensure our readers get the best stories.
